Information Technology (IT) is providing Voice-over IP (VoIP) service
to the entire campus. Each faculty and staff member on campus will be issued a
new IP phone when service is turned on in their building. Instruction on the
new phones will be provided by the Information Technology Office. Documentation
on the new phones is available below.

- When logging in, be sure to use "UMR-USERS" as the domain.

customers need to record a voice greeting via the phone, rather than attempt to
record a voice greeting through the Web interface (which requires an external
microphone)
